RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Seta Apparel do not do refunds, a store credit will be issued
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of package arrival date.
Return shipping charges will be customer responsibility unless the return is a result of our error, Seta Apparel will pay the shipping cost.
Please note that personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way, it should be in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of what you want to exchange (specify the new style/color/size), plus your order number and we will get back to you within 1-2 business day(s).
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from www.setaapparel.com and not through any of our retail stores; purchase made in other countries are not accepted.

All orders placed on sale items are final and we will not be able to accommodate any adjustments to completed orders.

To proceed with the warranty you must present original purchase receipt, gift receipt or online receipt.
The maximum days allowed for warranty is 30 days starting the day of the purchase.
To proceed with the warranty the item must be clean and in good conditions, no alterations or physical damages, otherwise warranty may not be valid.
All sale items shall not claim warranty for that reason they are Final Sale
