RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to love what you purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will return/exchange the item within 7 days of purchase.
Returned shipment charges will be the returnees responsibility unless the return is a result of our error. In that case, SETA APPAREL will pay the return shipping costs.
Any returned/exchanged item must be in its original packaging and shipped with delivery confirmation in its original condition.
Written notice to Sales@setaapparel.com must be made in case of any exchanges, returns, or refunds. We are not responsible for any item lost while been returned.
SETA APPAREL is not responsible for the incorrect address indicated on the invoice, so please double check the mailing address before checking out. If an unclaimed package is returned, SETA APPAREL reserves the right to re-bill you for re-shipping charges.

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Our products are shipped within 1-4 BUSINESS Days using the following carriers: USPS & FedEx. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10440 NW 37 terr. Miami, FL 33178 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Store Policy Exchanges
You must present original purchase receipt, gift receipt or online receipt.
The maximum days allowed for any return is 7 days starting the day of the purchase.
The item must not be WORN, WASHED, CHANGES OR ALTERED in any way; it should be in its original conditions.
All sale and discounted items are consider FINAL SALE, and are not subject to return or exchange in any way.
Returns and exchanges are only permitted at the local store, purchase made in other countries are not accepted.
No CASH refunds. A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED
To proceed with the warranty you must present original purchase receipt, gift receipt or online receipt.
The maximum days allowed for warranty is 30 days starting the day of the purchase.
To proceed with the warranty the item must be clean and in good conditions, no alterations or physical damages, otherwise warranty may not be valid.
All sale items shall not claim warranty for that reason they are FINAL SALE.
